TIPS TO STAY AWAKE IN CLASS
- SLEEP EARLY THE NIGHT BEFORE
A good night sleep will restore energy that is needed for classes during the next day.
- HAVING BREAKFAST
Having breakfast before going to class will provide you energy so that you would not feel easily exhausted from lectures in the class
- BRING WATER BOTTLE TO CLASS
This is one of the things that students always ignore. Water will provide you oxygen needed for our body.
- EAT SOME CANDY
Make sure you ask your teacher’s permissions first before eating the candies.
- WASH YOUR FACE
Washing your face will help you to freshen up yourselves so ask permissions with the teachers to go to the toilet.
