It’s Play Time

Al-Aqil never limits your child to theory-based learning. We provide a playground at each branch either outdoors or indoors, depending on the branches, for children to have their freedom and unleash their fun sides with each other to create a positive and happy environment. As you know happiness can definitely spread faster than light.

Everyday we will never fail to hear the children’s joy of laughter fill the premises as they slide away down the slide or maybe even rocking back and forth on the see-saw.

Now, you might think play time is just another time for an aimless fun but you have no idea what your children will learn and gain during this splendid time.

Children can gain different kinds of problem-solving skills which you could not exactly find in class all the time. For instance, the children argue because all of them want to go on the swing at once. They don’t exactly understand the rules at first. From there, with the teacher’s supervision and advice, they will learn to take turns to go on the swing and will practice this as a habit. It can avoid further arguments as it allows children to move on from past issues and not to dwell in a useless issue for a long time.

Let’s not forget your child’s physical development is just as important as their mental (cognitive) development. Running, jumping, climbing can remarkably benefit your child’s physicality in terms of strength as they keep doing more of them. A healthy body is a healthy mind.

Also, a child has wider imagination that you could not think of especially when they play. Children are innocent, naive and when they see something new. They are just naturally inquisitive about it as they want to know more. Children’s brain is like a sponge, so they can easily absorb their surroundings. Their brain cells expand more and more as they discover new things because they think. The more brain cells connecting, the more creative and active the children’s minds are.

These are why Al-Aqil ensures children to have a balanced time between class and play time, it is so we could produce global quality children that will be the future leaders of Islam.
